1. No Refund Policy
All payments made to Sastalead AI are final and non-refundable.  
Once a payment has been processed, no refund will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:  
- Change of mind or dissatisfaction with the service.  
- Partial or non-usage of credits.  
- Subscription cancellation before expiry.  
- Mistaken or accidental payments.  
- Account suspension or termination due to policy violation.  

By proceeding with a transaction, the user confirms acceptance of this “No Refund” policy in full.

2. Subscription and Renewal Policy
- All paid plans are billed in advance, either monthly or annually, based on the selected package.  
- Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled before renewal.  
- Users are responsible for managing their own renewals through their dashboard or by contacting support.  
- Renewal charges are non-refundable once processed.
